Our work

Working closely with Odgers Berndtson's trusted design partner Living Group and the client’s core project team, we helped to plan a site which would offer improved user experience and user journeys, enabling site visitors to effortlessly find the information they were looking for.

It also would incorporate a significantly improved and refreshed design which would fully align with the Odgers Berndtson brand and help to position them as the premier executive search, interim, and leadership advisory firm.

We built the new site on the latest version of Umbraco, a popular content management system that is not only highly flexible, but also very easy to use for marketing teams and content contributors. We leveraged Umbraco’s translation features to support a number of different language variants.

We built an integration with Microsoft Entra ID for secure and easily editorial access via Single Sign-On for content contributors from across Odgers Berndtson. We also integrated the site with Odgers Berndtson’s existing jobs management system to help power search capabilities and ensure there is one single source of truth for information sought by both candidates and companies.

The results

Since launching in October 2023, the new website has gone from strength to strength. It has a compelling and elegant design with striking visuals that successfully represents Odgers Berndtson, its people and its brand. The intuitive Umbraco CMS also continues to make it easy for the team to keep content fresh and dynamic.
Visitors from around the world can select their preferred location and language to view local details and translated content. The improved information architecture and site structure helps users to successfully find the information they need and makes it easier for them to get in touch with contacts across Odgers Berndtson, supporting lead generation.

The site has also been continually refined and updated in an iterative programme of change, reflecting Odgers Berndtson’s evolving requirements and their commitment to meeting the requirements of their customers and the business itself.
