Support hours over the festive period: 23 December to 3 January
Here’s a quick note to confirm the 3chillies support hours over the holiday period covering December 2024 going into January 2025. Please note that these hours don’t relate to any 24/7 support agreements which continue as normal.
Support hours:
- Mon 23rd December 2024: Open - 08:00-18:00
- Tues 24th December 2024: Open - 08:00-18:00
- Wed 25th December 2024: Closed – Public Holiday (Christmas Day)
- Thurs 26th December 2024: Closed – Public Holiday (Boxing Day)
- Fri 27th December 2024: Open - 08:00-18:00
- Mon 30th December 2024: Open - 08:00-18:00
- Tues 31st December 2024: Open - 08:00-18:00
- Wed 1st January 2025: Closed – Public Holiday (New Years Day)
- Thurs 2nd January 2025: Open - 08:00-18:00
- Friday 3rd January 2025: Open - 08:00-18:00
Please note that during these days Support will be on hand for Priority 1 issues. Any other issues that come in may be put on hold until after the Christmas period, being scheduled in from Monday 6th January 2023.
During the public holidays when our offices are closed during normal hours please rest assured our monitoring will still be active and any outages that occur will be actioned to get the site back up. However, investigations in the root cause of the outage may be put on hold until after the Christmas period.
