CCS’s vision is to deliver value for the nation through outstanding commercial capability and quality customer service. Its procurement arrangements can be used by central government departments and organisations across the public sector including local government, health, education, not-for-profit and devolved administrations. The Digital Marketplace is the online platform that all public sector organisations can use to find and buy cloud-based services. In the future, it will also become the home for services from other frameworks, including the Digital Services framework The G-Cloud framework is an agreement between the government and suppliers who provide cloud-based services. G-Cloud services are divided into 4 categories. We registered for the Platform as a Service (PaaS) category. PaaS technologies are software platforms that provide a basis for building other services and applications. The Platform as a Service (PaaS) can be used by organisations across the UK public sector including central government, local government, health, education, devolved administrations, emergency services, defence and not-for-profit organisations. 3chillies have a strong track record working with the public sector and hopes that the continued presence on the CCS G-Cloud framework, will allow us to work with more and more organisations on exciting projects into the future. About the CCS The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) has brought together Government’s central commercial capability into a single organisation, amalgamating Government Procurement Service with other commercial teams from the Cabinet Office and central government departments. CCS is an executive agency of the Cabinet Office and operates as a trading fund under the Government Trading Funds Act 1973.
